1. We only do meet ups for collection.
2. Comfirmed orders and any last minute changes/cancellation of orders/changes of meetup location are not allowed or esle you will have to pay $5.
3. Items sold are not exchangeable/refundable .
4. The items may not be as pretty as shown in the pictures due to lousy camera quality or insufficient sunlight so please purchase with your own judgement and discretion.
5. Payment can ONLY be done by meetup at Bukit Gombak Mrt or bank transfer (For people who do bank transfer, please take a clear picture of your receipt along with your reference number to bambalinabelle@live.com.sg and inform me that you have transferred).
6. We will not be liable if you've transferred to the wrong bank account.
7. 100% deposit is required for us to reserve the item for you.
8. No money or No handphone = No orders.
9.If you can't wait, please do not order and keep pestering us for your stuff when it haven't arrive yet.
10. We have the rights to change the T&Cs without pior notice.

Meet ups
1. There will be additional charges of 1 dollar for every 5 mins late
(We won't charge you unless we're late.)
2. Meet up location will be further discussed however a certain amount of fee may be charged. But do note that we only do meetup in mrt stations.
